Beginning Sept. 11, the city of Las Vegas will commence the Northwest Area Fiber-Optic Communications & ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) Improvements Phase 1 project in major streets surrounding the Centennial Bowl interchange (where U.S. 95 meets Clark County 215/Bruce Woodbury Beltway). The schedules below are approximate and subject to change.
Night work in Centennial Center Boulevard from Durango Drive to Grande Montecito Parkway will continue Sept. 11–29; lane restrictions will remain in place for the entire period.
Other locations will have lane restrictions during work hours of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, including:
- Centennial Parkway from Durango Drive to Azure Drive – September 2023-February 2024;
- Azure Drive from Centennial Center Boulevard to Tenaya Way – October 2023-February 2024;
- Sky Pointe Drive/Centennial Parkway from Cimarron Road to Tenaya Way – November 2023-March 2024;

Recommended alternate routes include Clark County 215/Bruce Woodbury Beltway, Deer Springs Way, Rome Boulevard, or Tropical Parkway for east/west travel and Cimarron or Tenaya for north/south travel.
